# What does your customer service model look like?

Clients are assigned to an Inova support representative in one of our offices in Georgia, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee. They can call the same number and speak with the same individual when they have questions or requests. If that person is out of the office, someone on the same team will provide assistance. 

Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. within each office's time zone.
