Yes, Amplitude is able to unify user journeys across devices and platforms, as well as merge users who are anonymous and then sign in at a later point. You can set up cross-domain tracking as well. Learn more here: https://amplitude.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003135607-Tracking-Unique-Users
