CRM, or customer relationship management, is a system that manages all your past, current, and future relationships and interactions with clients. Being an industry that relies entirely on relationships, it’s important to have a robust real estate CRM that houses features specific to your real estate business. As new leads come in, whether through your website or other lead sources, your CRM should integrate contacts from third-party sources directly into your system.
