1. Re:amaze Inbox is a shared inbox helpdesk tool built for your entire team to collaborate on customer support. Connect your email address, Facebook Page, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, SMS, and even Voice channels to one unified dashboard. Comes with standard and advanced helpdesk features such as internal notes, templates, reporting, and much more.

2. Re:amaze Chat is an industry-leading live chat solution that integrates with all other Re:amaze features. Re:amaze Chat is easily configurable and deployable through manual installation, Google Tag Manager, and through 1-Click Publishing solutions on Shopify and BigCommerce. Re:amaze Chat also supports Re:amaze Chatbots, Re:amaze FAQ, and comes in two different flavors: Real Time Messaging and Classic Live Chat. Re:amaze Chat also comes bundled with Cues, an automated engagement tool that allows you to create messaging campaigns using customer events and custom rules.
