You don't need to believe in it. It's the fact. According to statistics from the world leader in email marketing – MailChimp, open rates don't exceed 20%, and CTR is 4%. According to analysts from Statista, similar indicators in Facebook Messenger are 85% and 25%, respectively. You can calculate on your own to check.
