# What does it cost to have your convert our data and load it into DonorSnap?

For most organizations, there is no additional charge to complete your data conversion. However, the answer is dependent upon the data your provide and how much deduplication work you'd like us to do on the front end.

As a general answer 80%-90% of the conversions we do are no additional charge.  The ones that do end up costing extra are usually ones with multiple sources of data that need to be tied together and deduplicated. These conversions are typically a few hundred dollars, not thousands.  We will review your data when sent in and then provide you and idea of what the scope of the project will be.  We then will give you directions on how to do the work yourself or what the estimate would be for us to do it.
