# Concerns about Twofold AI Scribe trust, spam outreach, and handling confidential information?

I struggled to find an upside with Twofold AI Scribe because it came across as untrustworthy. I was concerned about spam outreach with no unsubscribe link, and the overall online presence felt fake, including what looked like thousands of positive reviews with no basis. I also wouldn’t feel comfortable sharing PHI or license-related details given these concerns. Has anyone else had similar trust or privacy worries, and how did you evaluate whether it was safe to use?
