# How to use Android?

The platform is adaptable to higher resolution screens, VGA, 2D graphics library, 3D graphics library based on the OpenGL ES 2.0 specifications, and traditional phone design. SQLite, a lightweight database, is used for local data storage purposes.

Android has been designed to be able to use all the applications that one downloads to the phone and thus create new and more complex applications. For example, if one downloads an application from a web page for their phone, they will be able to use it for the creation of a new application through Android.
