# how can I get the most benefit from the free storage capacity

I would like to know what I can do to manage greater storage capacity for free space and to know "if" this is possible?

Hello Yuli, among the recommendations is to use Google Drive office applications instead of traditional Office, use lower resolution synchronization of photos.google.com, delete "junk" emails, and download important historical emails and files from time to time using takeout.google.com/takeout to use the free space.

However, the "paid" space offered through Google is quite cheap (in Mexico we're talking about MXN 34 per month).
