# how can I configure bot mode

it's just that when I'm offline, it doesn't give me the option to collect data like their number or email so that when I'm online I can respond to them...

To set up the bot, access the main panel of Tidio. Then click on the icon that looks like a bot. Next, click on add from scratch. Choose the trigger and the action(s) to follow. This is how the chatbot is set up in Tidio.
