# How could I lock the spreadsheet so that other users do not overwrite it?

It would be good to have an option to notify users who share that they temporarily cannot make modifications to the table. That way, information wouldn't be lost.

You can block the spreadsheet by right-clicking on the tab at the bottom and clicking on "Protect sheet," then you can select the entire sheet or certain cells.
