# How to be sure that the sent email is not spammed

Let me explain:
Excluding Blacklisting - Excluding Soft Bounces - Excluding Hard Bounces
How can one be sure that the email arrives in the inbox and not in the junk mail of the mailbox?
Is there a way to obtain statistics on the "emails delivered to Inbox" vs "emails delivered to junk or spam messages" ratio?
Thank you

Hello, I do not know if generating a list according to your criteria is possible within the framework of a paid subscription. For free use, which is my case, I can at least, by going to the contact in question, under campaign history, see the date of sending and next to it the date and time of opening (if applicable). This is for me the only proof that the message has at least been opened, possibly read… best regards.
