# CloudTalk call records: anyone seeing leads or countries get mixed up?

I’m happy with CloudTalk’s performance, AI features, call recording, and the CRM integration, and it’s helped us reach out to leads globally without using personal phone numbers. But sometimes when I call lead X, it shows I’m calling lead Y, and it can mix up the countries, which changes the call records in the app. Has anyone else run into this, and how are you keeping your call records accurate?
