Yes, CiviCRM integrates with QuickBooks, Sage, and various other accounting systems.

CiviCRM comes with integration with QuickBooks via .iif (Intuit Interchange Format) files. Bookkeeping transactions can also be exported as .csv files and loaded into a variety of other Accounting packages. There may be an implementation for Sage&#39;s format soon if a client of our firms up funding for this work.
