# Cerber firewall blocking legitimate users

First of all, this is a great plugin and we use it on all of our sites!

Wondering if there are more granular settings that can be applied to the Cerber firewall? We are getting reports that legitimate users are getting blocked from accessing the website when the firewall is enabled.

Are the only options to either use the whitelist / blacklist manually or enable / disable the firewall?

In our case, managing the whitelist / blacklist manually would be a lot of work for a busy website with thousands of users and subscribers.

Hi I also had some issues with these settings. I would like to know what constitutes an unauthorized request, as the plugin blocked me from accessing /wp-admin/. It gave me a 404. I had to go through jetpack and disable the plugin from there to get in. Would have been locked out.
