# CARET Legal: how are you handling Outlook and phone contact sync gaps?

The interface and document generation in CARET Legal are easy to use, but the Outlook and phone sync limitations have been rough for us. Calendar syncing feels incomplete (titles only, Legacy Outlook only), contacts do not sync to Outlook or native phone Contacts, and the iPhone app has been glitchy. We have also run into workflow issues like no default appointment notifications and messy imported contact notes losing line breaks. If you use CARET Legal, what workarounds or processes have helped you keep calendars, contacts, and email filing from disrupting your workflow?
