There is not a Windows Vista that I'm aware of. There are basically two setups for Vista: one is Hosted "On Prem" as they say, which means the software and SQL database are located on your own servers. The software is accessed via the Vista client, which is an icon that gets loaded on your desktop. (I guess in that sense, it is Windows Vista unless you use a Mac. I don't know if the Vista client is Windows-specific, but I know when I use my Mac, I had to remote in to a Windows desktop.)
The second setup is Hosted in the Cloud by Viewpoint. I am less familiar with this setup because we're On Prem, but from what Viewpoint tries to sell you is that in the Cloud, you don't have to maintain the servers, upgrade SQL software, etc.
A lot of their product development is definitely focused on the Cloud. They are updating fewer and fewer things for the On Prem customers so at some point we'll likely end up in the Cloud.
