Cognician worked with Accenture to develop an onboarding program for the Analyst Consulting Group in the UK. New joiners were divided into two groups. One group went through the standard, week-long induction program. The other group went through the week-long induction program, plus a 30-Day onboarding program on Cognician. The group were subsequently tracked, and the Cognician group was  found to be 5% more productive.
