# Can we have a function to automatically cc managers on the recognition.

We would like our managers to be able to be notified when their associate is recognized.

When it comes to FOND points, our manager is the only person authorized to grant points.  However, if you want to send someone a written recognition, you can notify whomever you want, i.e., your manager, and then submit it as a private message (which will only be sent to the specific people you mentioned.)  You also have the option to send your recognition publicly if you'd like anyone on the FOND platform to read it.
