# Can there be an option to send slack messages to agents personally?

Thank you for your response. I am aware of that but I meant that if we could message the agents that are logged in but not on call. Because we usually message the agents from their TD status

When an agent is on a call, you can view Live Reporting and click the three dots to send a Slack message!
