# Can't you give support to the older versions of the software like Windows7 ?

As Windows 7 doesn't have support, and we have more significant technological needs now, it should not be easy for Windows 7 to respond to them since many new apps are incompatible.

It is always recommended to upgrade to latest version to stay compatible. Still if you would like to use older version definitely you can. Please read support service details before using.
