# Can someone give me a real comparison of EDI providers for small businesses? I'm looking at SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, and a few others. What should I actually be comparing?

1) SPS Commerce: Largest network, great if you have many retail partners. But pricing tends to be higher, contracts are longer, and support can be slow (multiple G2 reviews mention week-long email response times).

2) TrueCommerce: Solid mid-market option with good ERP integrations but slow support. Can be complex for very small teams because of pricing fluctuations. You would initially start with a heavily discounted monthly rate and next year, you would see a steep increase in your EDI bill.
