Remix OS is an Android-based environment, so it doesn't support Windows executables out of the box. However, because it runs on x86 architecture, you can use a compatibility layer like Wine or CrossOver to 'trick' some Windows apps into running. Just don't expect 100% stability for heavy professional software.

No we can't use windows program. we can only use APK files
