There is no other SIS that offers the flexibility of PowerSchool. They allow schools to customize as needed. These customizations can be basic or advanced. PowerSchool itself doesn't support the customizations or help you customize, but the user network of PowerSchool is massive and it's likely that anything you want to create to make your life easier has already been done somewhere else and shared.

PowerSchool SIS customizations offer districts flexibility to tailor the product to their needs. In addition, PowerSchool SIS:
•	Gives users the capability to create custom reports for districts’ unique data needs and allows for external reporting integration
•	Features an online support portal (PowerSource) where custom solutions created by users are shared and available to others at no additional cost
•	Offers customers the ability to create district-defined attendance codes, discipline reports, custom report cards, and transcripts tailored to their needs
•	Provides users the ability to set complex scheduling, grading policies, or standards-based grading without requiring customization
