# Can Pharos support hybrid and remote work environments?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Our workforce is split between office, remote, and hybrid and our current print setup wasn't built for that. I'm trying to understand whether Pharos can handle users who need to print from home or off-network, and how it manages policy and authentication consistently across locations without creating a burden on IT.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>
