# Can other microsoft user read my chats or will they have to pay for it

Can the management read our conversation without us knowing

Yes, administrators who have Exchange Admin or better roles will be able to export a copy of any conversation they like. It does require some advanced content searching and exporting to a pst file that can then be manually loaded into Outlook.
