# Can one user respond to multiple chats concurrently?

Is there any limit to the number of chats I can handle at a time?

Yes. You can set the limit of live chat conversations that one agent can handle at a time. For example, I am set up to be able to respond to 3 chats at the same time.

Each user can chat with up to 99 customers at the same time.
