Yes.  Any metric that your company uses can be analyzed in OdinAnswers.  We commonly see; Net Promoter Score, Overall Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Purchase frequency, Order size, and revenue.  Let us know what is important to you and we will show you how to use it in OdinAnswers.
