# Can i use this for Keyword position tracking?

Dario is correct, Screaming Frog is a crawler tool but does not handle Keyword position tracking.  It is truly for crawling a site for tasks such as SEO audits.   SemRush does well but you are limited to the number of keywords you can track.  I did look at Sistrix ( had not seen that platform before) It looks like it has everything you would need but it also a bit pricey.
  
Another couple of options you might look at are Rank Tracker by SEO Powersuite.  It is priced well and it made to do one thing, track Keywords and there is no limit on the number that you can track.  Rank Tracker also lets you see Keyword position by very defined regions. It's a good tool

Another you might look at is AWR Cloud you can find them at advancedwebranking.com.  It is very cost-effective, you can track 2000 Keywords for $49/mo.

No, the SEO Spider is just a website crawler. SISTRIX might work better for what you need.
