# Can i use this for internal chat communication purpose?

I would like to know if there are features in this software that allows us to chat with other people like an internal communication medium.

For internal and external chat, you have to use webex teams. Both are obtained and licensed together.

while in meeting yes. However, to have a chat session outside of that I'm not sure if the enterprise version has that function.
