Can I use NumXL function with VBA or in an Excel macro? What about using the functions outside MS Excel, can I still do that?

$0; there is no additional cost for NumXL SDK.

To use NumXL functionality using NumXL add-ins or through your custom application developed using NumXL API, you’d need a valid NumXL license for that machine.

### Comment 2

NumXL license is issued on per user basis, so you may run NumXL and any number of custom applications developed using NumXL SDK on the same machine using only one license key.

### Comment 3

NumXL is an Excel add-in, and is compiled for high speed. For this reason, it cannot be accessed directly from Visual Basic or from macros. Nevertheless, you can use NumXL functions indirectly from Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) within Excel only by using the "Run" command.

For all other applications, we recommend to use the NumXL SDK - C/C++, Java and VB callable object libraries.
