# can i transfer the amount directly to my bank account without any deductions

to transfer money i had to firstly take it in paytm, then from paytm to account , i lost more than 10% of my hard earned money

Yes, you can transfer the amount to the bank account. The deduction happened while transferring the amount from Paytm to the bank. Usually Paytm charges some percentage on transfers.
