Platform migration mid-growth is one of the more disruptive transitions a channel program can face. Data doesn't transfer cleanly, partners relearn workflows, institutional knowledge encoded in the old system vanishes, and the migration project itself diverts resources from program growth. Avoiding that migration by starting on an extensible platform changes the economics of early-stage tool selection.

Unifyr One Engage provides entry-point capabilities on the same infrastructure as the enterprise product. Growth means enabling additional functionality (advanced analytics, AI features, expanded automation) rather than reimplementing on a new platform. Partner experience remains continuous; data history preserves; integrations persist. The approach reflects how channel programs actually develop: gradual expansion of capabilities rather than periodic wholesale replacement.
