# can i send user tailored mails?

i need to send specific types of mail to speific types of user.

Yes, you can send specific mails. There are options to get done this requirement with some addons. Some of them are free but basics, another are pre-paid but more pro.

I have user specific mails that go out to my clients which are stored on the cloud as a "pdf" till such time as you require that email presentation for that particular group or user. 
When I require those formats and email presentations for those specific clients, then I gather the relevant files and simply import them. 

Besides the above, use custom merge tags for your audience, so that Mailchimp will identify the next time you attempt such mails and will therefore calibrate the mails as previously arranged for those specific users.
