# Can I select the writers I want to work with?

We require industry-specific writers and it's important that the writers understand our style, tone, voice, and target audience. When we've worked with a writer that we like, we want to retain them for as long as possible.

When you request content, CW will collect your briefing details and style guidelines. We use this information to make the best-fit writer pairing.

With a Managed Services subscription and a need for specialized and/or bylined work, ContentWriters can also provide a curated list of expert writers in your industry for your team to approve. CW’s Managed Services clients are also able to leverage writer retention benefits.

When kicking off with a new Managed Services client, we establish a calibration period for the hand-selected writers, editors, and proofers to hone in on your voice and content creation guidelines.
