As a file stage user, I need to download approved files in pdf format for our future references.

Yes you can, you will see an option "export review report" you will get all the comments as pdf format.

Yes, from our Professional plans onwards, you can download a PDF review report from Filestage, to keep a record of all comments left on your file.

Hi Kasunika, our PDF review report is available from our Professional plan onwards :) 
You'll therefore need to upgrade your plan to a Professional plan to access this feature. I'll contact you now regarding this so we can find the best option for you there!
