As a file stage user, I need to download approved files in pdf format for our future references.

Yes you can, you will see an option &quot;export review report&quot; you will get all the comments as pdf format.

Yes, from our Professional plans onwards, you can download a PDF review report from Filestage, to keep a record of all comments left on your file.

Hi Kasunika, our PDF review report is available from our Professional plan onwards :) 
You&#39;ll therefore need to upgrade your plan to a Professional plan to access this feature. I&#39;ll contact you now regarding this so we can find the best option for you there!
