YES! If using Word for Windows, you can make use of the Quick Access Toolbar. This is a toolbar that appears either at the very top of your Word window or below the ribbon. You can add any command word offers into it. To access the toolbar settings go to File>Options>Quick Access Toolbar. There is a list of commands on the left. Click the dropdown on the left to find the command you want then highlight it to select it and click the ADD button in the middle. For paragraph settings , you have the option of adding the Paragraph Settings button which opens the Paragraph settings window or the Paragraph Line Spacing button which opens the quick line spacing window. The great advantage of adding these to your Quick Access Toolbar is that the commands you add will always be visible no matter what tab you are on.
