No, only one at a time unless you are running the second on another computer or device with another person as organizer.

Each GoToMeeting organizer account can host one meeting at a time, so if you have 2 people both needing to host individual meetings at the same time, they will both need organizer licences.

Hi Lowin

Gotomeeting licenses are per user, each user can use only one videoconference at a time, it is not possible simultaneously for the same user.
