Yes, you can add your data into the ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App in three different ways: the first option is you can import an Excel spreadsheet of addresses or latitude/longitude locations, a shapefile polygon, or point data using the Import File option found in the Add Data tab. The second option is to create a web map in ArcGIS and access your map for viewing and analysis using the Web Maps and Layers option found in the Add Data tab. The third option is to create a feature layer in ArcGIS and access it using the Custom Data Setup option found in the Add Data tab.
