Thanks for your query
You can configure and customize the platform but you cannot customize the User Interface.

Kapture is a CRM Platform on the cloud offering both Sales CRM / Mobile workforce tracking & Service CRM / Ticketing Solutions, we do offer customizations based on our Client's workflow, custom Reports & Dashboards. Kapture being a Platform has limitations on UI customizations, however we can have a discussion on specific requirements.
