# Can I create a ticket first and then navigate to HiPM?

It is possible to embed a link to the Hitachi ID Password Manager portal in popular ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow, which pass along the open ticket number in the URL. In such cases, Password Manager will update the existing ticket rather than creating a new one to reflect the results of a password reset. Read more here: https://hitachi-id.com
