# Can I configure your system to limit what people can see what data in the system and how easy is this to do?

Can I configure your system to limit what people can see what data in the system and how easy is this to do?
Also can I see what users have done already in the system?

Yes in Workbooks you can use our Advanced security module to limit who can see what information. Users themselves can create a view or report and also decide easily who to share it with and what permission to grant.  Using our Audit module you can also see to a granular level who has changed or done what in the system (eg who updated company ABC and see what fields they changed, what the previous values were and what they changed them to!)
