# Can Cosmolex automate any of it's options?

File opening automation that also includes sending out forms or emails.  The only automation I see is emails saved in Cosmolex but that is very bad and causes more problems than it solves.  Automating certain repetitive tasks will save time if Cosmolex can do it.  Otherwise, I find myself trying to set up automations using Microsoft.

Why can't there be in the mobile app a sync feature that pulls in all your client calls automatically and the time spent on the call? I am frustrated with the app now, as I don't find it practical most of the time. If this feature was added I would use it much more often.
