# ¿Can be used for external backups by copying from aexternal hard drive to another?

Not sure exactly what you are asking.  You can copy backup files from one drive to another within your OS.  This software will copy one disk, or partition, to another disk or partition.  This software cannot be setup to do automated backups, that I am aware of.

partition to partition copy. Not file-based copying.
