Call waiting is available for your direct Dialpad line, as well as if you are part of an executive-admin pairing. If you take calls on your computer, you can receive up to 5 calls on your account, provided you answer every new call as they come in (answering a new call places the current call on hold). If you take calls on your forwarding phone, you can receive up to 2 concurrent calls on your forwarding phone (you will need call waiting on that phone to be able to toggle between them).
We do not have call waiting for mainline or department calls at this time. If all the operators assigned to the main line are on a call, all subsequent calls will go to whatever secondary action you have set up under call handling. You can assign as many operators to the main line as you have team members.
