# Brave Search: how do you keep getting the instant AI answers instead of websites?

I like Brave Search because it feels uncluttered, has no ads, and gives straight answers and results. The main issue I run into is that sometimes the AI menu with instant answers does not pop up, and it shows a website instead. The ad free experience also feels like it leads to more unbiased answers. Have you seen the same behavior, and what do you do when the AI answers do not appear?
