# Will it be possible to plan bonus payouts from staff who may no longer be with us?

Yes. In those cases where state law (i.e. Louisiana) may require it or the payment will go a deceased employees estate, the staff member is loaded with a non-active status. This will allow Salary planning to ignore them yet bonuses can be processed.
