# Better setup in MS Teams

Is there a way to be able to see all the tickets in Teams. As teh admin, I need to manager other users and not necessarily myself.

Yes, once you set up the integration between Zoho Desk and Microsoft Teams you can view all the tickets within Teams window. You can get the integration here:
