I think many of us still have a few items from popular brands at home even from when we were kids. I still have a mug from my first job and the water bottle we got from G2 was really great, to be honest I'm not using it, my son has it. I have held onto the free ones I have received for years, and some are very nostalgic. (I was the one person hahahah) As a thank you for saving some big money, and moving from Blackberry to Androids, I got the latest Samsung Tablet--and I still have it ! I really have not gotten any swag since. I can use those at the gym, grocery store, or painting around the house.</p><p>Where most brands go wrong though, is simply putting a logo on it. I don't want to be a walking billboard. I will; however, be a walking bumper sticker. </p><p>Putting a phrase that relates to my lifestyle or community niche with a barely noticeable logo is the way to go.</p><p>Something like "Wake. Sleep. Code. Not a small mug that is customary. I'm talking about a mug that holds 20oz or so. I tend to use those more than others.</p><p>Also, stickers are fun. I got a back scratcher once that I used for a while.
