# Best practices

Do you have any best practices to share on how to get supervisors to spend the time to review our 15Fives and follow up on them? It is demotivating to complete these each week and not get any feedback on them. I don't think this is how it was intended to be used.

In my company helps a lot to be communicated, every had understood that the main purpose of the tool is to communicate your thoughts even feelings, so they has to open their selves. Of course all these was after the proper training and giving this great tool as a must on the weekly basis. And at the end everybody is very comfortable about it. But everything is a process need to be patience but also show the interest in employees issues regardless the magnitude of them and you can have a very good result, going on the right path in a short time.
